ACG was created by several educational experts, both domestic and abroad. It boasts world level CG education as an art communications institution. Combined with top-level education and industry level resources from all over the world, ACG has created many connections with CG enterprises, top educational institutes, and government market and media departments.

ACG holds events such as director training programs, feature forums, and advanced courses for animation teachers. They invite outstanding artists from animation and visual effects, who bring their work experience and knowledge to create the topmost level of CG events in China. 

ACG also has held many international forums and animation film festivals, which benefit the government and non-profit organizations. This creates a good study environment for creative young artists in China, and because of this ACG has produced many successful animators. ACG also works as a technical consultant for many enterprises and institutes.

Every year thousands of young artists apply to ACG. These students are then tested by attending a boot camp, which will determine whether they are talented enough to continue their education with ACG. Because of this goal for excellence, it was awarded the title of one of the best CG training institutes in China.

ACG intends to bring in more CG project resources and to link with more educational institutes and enterprise in 2009. It hopes to create a higher level of education, and eventually form a brand new National Education Union.
